
Cesar Santos makes new recipes for the Holy Week
The partnership between Chef Cesar Santos and the fishery company Netuno will provide consumers with many innovations in order to develop Easter’s Special Menu. Aiming to avoid the tradicional recipes such as beans, cod and coconut rice, the Chef has created quite different and tasty dishes that can be found at Netuno’s recipes booklet, distributed at the company’s sale points.
The menu was developed by Cesar specially for the Holy Week and brings a mix of ingredients that blend elements from the culinary of Pernambuco and seafood. In order to create the recipes, Chef Cesar Santos has studied Netuno’s products and as a result you can find dishes like Camarão com Arroz de Côco, Tilápia Maré Cheia, Baião de Dois Mergulhado no Litoral Pernambucano, amoungst others not less tasteful.
